Things I want you to know

As I watch my children grow, I begin thinking about the young women I want them to become. If I could give them anything, if I could instill anything inside them what would it be? I have thought of several things, that I will try with everything in me to plant into my little girls hearts and lives. I will list them over the next several blogs, today #1 is...

If I could give you anything it would be the knowledge that your daddy loves you. If I could line up every little girl in the whole world and pick any one of them to be my daughter, I would pick you. I love you and there is nothing that you could ever do to lose that love. Daddy will always be there for. I'll never leave you. I am so proud to be your dad. I would do anything for you. My love for you is not based on whether you're good or bad, but on the fact you're my daughter. You can live your life knowing that I think you are the most amazing person in the world and would give my life for you.

If that is not enough, just think, God loves you even more than I do. He HAS picked you. He will NEVER leave you or stop loving you (Matthew 28: 19-20; Romans 8:38-39). He IS proud you're His daughter. He HAS good things for you (Jer. 29;11). He THINKS you are amazing and He would GIVE His life for you (John 3:16)
